  Christine in the office is incompetent. She is rude, unprofessional and clearly should not be representing this practice due to her poor skills. Dr. Cichon should hire more professional help, then patients may not leave his practice.

  Horrible!!! First of all, anytime you call they do not answer the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back. I had a filling fall out and wanted to become a new patient because a friend had recommended Dr Cochin because he was friendly and would work with you on payments (I currently do not have heath insurance and would have been a self pay patient.). I set up an appointment to have the filling fixed and the women scheduled me for a cleaning a cleaning a week later. I found out from my new job that I would be getting health insurance in November and figured I would just get the filling fixed and then return in November when I had health insurance for the cleaning. I tried to explain this to the front desk women and she immediately cancelled my appointment. I was told the only way they would accept me as a patient was if I agreed to do the cleaning. I was never made aware of this when I scheduled the appointment. I told her I really could not afford to pay out of pocket for everything and that I would like to do what was nessecary and return for the cleaning when I had insurance. She put me on hold and got back on the phone laughing telling me that they could not accept me as a patient THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT because I would not be able to afford it. I told her I needed the work done and if she was really going to force the cleaning then I would figure out the payment. She continued to question me on how I would get the money when I just said I couldn't afford it. It's none of her business where I would get the money from. She put me on hold again and got back on the phone with some excuse about how they would need to take X-rays during the cleaning and this would be very expensive. I told her I would pay for the cleaning but would need to wait for insurance to have the X-rays done. She told me that if they fixed the filling they knew I would not return for a cleaning. They definitely will not work with you, they are not understanding whatsoever. The women at the front desk is rude and disrespectful. I refuse to give my money to an office like this. From the start all they were worried about was taking my money. I didn't even step foot in the door before they were harassing me for money.
