  I already reviewed petfection on Facebook but I think it's really important that I give them another review on here, John and Monique have to be one of the most genuine people in this business, they are always there to answer any questions and give you honest advice , no matter how busy they are or how many questions you have they take the time out to help you , you are never going to find that in any other pet store. Unfortunately for me I did buy a bearded dragon from another pet store next time I will know better because of his amount of health problems, their stores clean, and most importantly their animals are happy and healthy.   I went to get my birds wings clipped. When I arrived, he quickly told us he couldn't help. At first we didn't need an appointment, but the second time when we went he said, that now we need an appt. My husband is always working. This was the little bit of free time we had. He wouldn't help us, even after we told him our situation. Sometimes it's a good idea to help a customer, for their sake and not your own. In addition, he answered a call before speaking with us, had to pick someone up and even said he wasn't suppose to be there today... Any excuse. If he's too busy to help someone, then maybe his shop should be closed... He want too busy to chat up the previous customer.

  Very welcoming environment, and well cared for animals. The owners have massive knowledge and experience with all their exotic animals. Meet Shirley, Lavern, and Carmine! Going in here is a must, you won’t regret it! Every time I go in here I don’t leave for about 2-3 hours because I love the environment owners and the animals.
